The transfer is going smoothly however it is taking longer than expected due to the size of some accounts. We can do nothing but wait until the sites are transferred.

All clients will get an email of the new IP addresses, although clients will not have to change any nameservers since we do that our side which will automatically update for you.

We have recently discovered that there is a flaw in MyBB forum software which allows people to upload PHP shell scripts. We are trying our best to remove them for you however we urgently urge you to not use MyBB until further notice as shell scripts are a security hazard. Please seek out new alternative forum software until further notice.

If you discover a shell script named "mshell.php" in your hosting account please report it to us instantly via ticket support so we can remove them for you!

After long discussion about the future of the unmetered hosting package we have decided to withdraw it from sale. Existing clients on this package will still remain on that package.

We are planning to action the move between the 20th - 25th August 2009 and you should see very little, if any downtime at all however we do urge you to not change anything on your account during the move as these changes may be lost during the move. We will be sending emails out right before we start moving the files over to our new servers. The new location of the servers will be in Tampa, Florida, USA.
